Teflon Probe
NTC Thermistor Bead soldered to extension cable and encapsulated in a (teflon insulated) mylar sleeve
Teflon Probe assembly consists of an NTC Thermistor Bead soldered to extension cable and encapsulated in a mylar sleeve using an epoxy resin. A Teflon Heat-Shrink Sleeve is positioned over the Mylar assembly. Heat is applied to the Teflon Sleeve. The heat closes the open end of the sleeve and melts the remainder around the Teflon insulated cable providing a moisture proof seal.
